Shipping

The Flyscreen Company delivers all over the UK and Ireland by one of our approved carriers. All goods are tracked for traceability.
Please inspect all goods immediately on receipt and if the packaging is damaged you must write “DAMAGED” on the driver’s delivery note. You must inform us of any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
Domestic customers are advised to have goods delivered to a work address if they are unavailable to receive goods during the day.
We cannot give a delivery time in advance. Goods are dispatched by us on a 2-3 day service or, if specified by the customer, an overnight service is available for an extra charge. We cannot take responsibility for delivery once goods have been dispatched by us.
Some postcodes including highlands and islands will incur a delivery surcharge.
Local Collection

We now offer a collection service. Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email from us confirming this. Please check your junk email. Collections hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 4.30pm.
If you would like to collect outside of these times, you must call or email us and confirm first.
Returns

If it is an unopened and unused DIY Kit or insect mesh, we can accept a return. You MUST contact us first before returning anything. All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, and this return cost will not be refunded. Please schedule the return for our opening hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm – we are unable to accept deliveries outside of these hours.
Once we have received the item, it will be inspected to ensure no damage has occurred. We will then process a refund (this will go back on the original payment method).
A made to measure item cannot be refunded or exchanged once it has been manufactured.
If you have sent us the wrong measurements, contact us as soon as possible. If it has not yet been manufactured, we should be able to amend the sizes.
If the measurements are incorrect once you receive the product, please contact us.*
If the wrong item that has been sent, we can arrange an exchange or refund, so long as the original item returns to us safely and undamaged. This must be agreed upon, so please contact us before sending anything back.
*Please note, we have a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 2mm.
