Measuring for Reveal Fit
1. Measure the minimum width of the reveal. We recommend taking three measurements: top, middle, and bottom. Deduct 2mm from the smallest measurement.
2. Measure the minimum height of the reveal by taking three measurements: left, middle, and right. Deduct 2mm from the smallest measurement.
We manufacture according to the sizes provided, subject to a +/- 2mm manufacturing tolerance. Please ensure you have read our measuring instructions carefully and made the necessary deductions.
– Width: Smallest width of reveal minus 2mm.
– Height: Smallest height of reveal minus 2mm.
Measuring for Face Fit
The width of the cassette is the most critical measurement and cannot be altered after production.
1. Measure the width of the aperture and include any beveled edges of the window frame. Add 40mm of flat surface on each side for the tracks.
2. Measure the height of the aperture and any beveled edges of the window frame. Add 50mm of flat surface for the cassette. The bottom bar must extend below the start of the flat surface to create a seal, so add a minimum of 10mm of flat surface at the bottom. You may add more if space allows.
If installing on the wall outside the reveal, we recommend adding 20mm of flat surface on each side and at the top to avoid placing the fittings too close to the edge of the reveal.
We manufacture according to the sizes provided, subject to a +/- 2mm manufacturing tolerance. Please ensure you have read our measuring instructions carefully and made the required deductions for the wind-resistant roller.
– Width: Aperture + 80mm of flat surface.
– Height: Aperture (including beveled edges) + 60mm of flat surface.

Why We Use Insect Mesh & What It Is
Insect mesh is a tightly woven barrier designed to prevent insects from entering a particular area while allowing air and light to pass through.
Typically made from fine, durable materials like nylon or fiberglass, the mesh features small openings that effectively block common pests such as mosquitoes, flies, and other insects.
It is often used in windows, doors, and outdoor structures to create a comfortable living space free from unwanted bugs. The mesh can come in various colors and levels of visibility, making it both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Additionally, it’s resistant to UV rays and weather elements, ensuring durability for long-term use in various environments.
