FAQ's
Can you buy insect mesh on it's own without a frame?
Yes! Our standard fibreglass mesh is available on rolls of 50m and in widths of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 300mm. Wider rolls of 1.2m and 1.8m are also available.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
If it is an unopened DIY Kit or insect mesh, we can accept a return. You MUST contact us first before sending anything back to us.
A made to measure item cannot be refunded or exchanged once it has been made. If the measurements are incorrect, please contact us.
If it is the wrong item that has been sent, we can arrange an exchange or refund, so long as the original item returns to us safely and undamaged.
What sort of fitting do I need for a hinged window screen?
We supply all the fittings needed for our hinged window and door flyscreens. Full instructions are also included. If something does just happen to be missing, please contact us.
How long is delivery?
For insect mesh, we dispatch the next working day so it should arrive within 48 hours. As with all deliveries though we cannot guarantee this once it has left our warehouse. All deliveries are tracked.
For the flyscreens, depending on the size and quantity of the screen, our average time is 3-8 days. That starts on the day we have received signed confirmation on the measurements for your screen all the way to the day we dispatch it.
I want a flyscreen but not sure how to measure?
You can find all the instructions you need on our Measuring Guides page. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us and one of our friendly team members will be happy to walk you through it.
More often than not, we will ask for a photo of where you would like the screen as this always helps to ensure you get the most suitable screen.
Are you guys anywhere else online?
We showcase our products on the usual social media channels. We are also on The NBS Source - a company who help connect contractors with suppliers like ourselves.
Do you offer a collection service? So I can get it ASAP?
We do indeed!
Orders should be available within one hour of the order being placed but do call to ensure you are not needlessly waiting. Collections hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9.30am - 4.30pm.
If you would like to collect outside of these times, you must call us and confirm first.
We will keep the order for 14 days. If the order has not been collected by this time and we are unable to make contact, the order will be cancelled and a partial refund issued (deducting a small admin fee of £5.00 + VAT).
