Can you buy insect mesh on it's own without a frame?
Yes! Our standard fibreglass mesh is available on rolls of 50m and in widths of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 300mm. Wider rolls of 1.2m and 1.8m are also available.

What sort of fitting do I need for a hinged window screen?
We supply all the fittings needed for our hinged window and door flyscreens. Full instructions are also included. If something does just happen to be missing, please contact us.
I want a flyscreen but not sure how to measure?
You can find all the instructions you need on our Measuring Instructions page. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us and one of our friendly team members will be happy to walk you through it.
More often than not, we will ask for a photo of where you would like the screen as this always helps to ensure you get the most suitable screen.
Are you guys anywhere else online?

Made To Measure Items
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
A made to measure item cannot be refunded or exchanged once it has been manufactured.
If you have sent us the wrong measurements, contact us as soon as possible. If it has not yet been manufactured, we should be able to amend the sizes.
If the measurements are incorrect once you receive the product, please contact us.*
If the wrong item that has been sent, we can arrange an exchange or refund, so long as the original item returns to us safely and undamaged. This must be agreed upon, so please contact us before sending anything back.
*Please note, we have a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 2mm.

Shipping & Returns
Can I return an item?
If it is an unopened and unused DIY Kit or insect mesh, we can accept a return. You MUST contact us first before returning anything. All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, and this return cost will not be refunded.
Once we have received the item, it will be inspected to ensure no damage has occurred. We will then process a refund (this will go back on the original payment method).

How long is delivery?
We dispatch all orders on a 1 to 2 business day delivery. As with all deliveries we cannot guarantee this once it has left our warehouse. All deliveries are tracked.
If being shipped to Ireland, Guernsey or other such locations, please add a couple of days to the estimated delivery.
Do you offer a collection service? So I can get it ASAP?
We do indeed! Simply select collection when checking out and you can collect from us for free.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email from us. Check you junk email - just in case!
Collections hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9.30am - 4.30pm.
If you would like to collect outside of these times, you must call us and confirm first.
We will keep the order for 14 days. If the order has not been collected by this time and we are unable to make contact, the order will be cancelled and a partial refund issued (deducting a small admin fee of £5.00 + VAT).
