Commercial Insect Panel Curtain
Our commercial insect panel curtain is a durable screening solution designed for busy doorways and high-traffic areas. Heavy-duty weighted mesh panels help reduce the entry of flying insects while still allowing airflow and easy access through the opening.
The PVC-coated woven polyester panels hang from a stainless steel rail system and are available in grey or black commercial-grade mesh. The curtain can be fitted internally or externally and is suitable for either face fit or reveal fit installation.

Before You Order
Please make sure there is sufficient fixing space for the stainless steel rail and that the mesh panels can hang freely without obstruction.
The curtain should clear the floor or threshold slightly to allow the panels to move smoothly.
All made-to-measure curtains are manufactured to the dimensions you provide, with a tolerance of ±2mm. We do not make allowances or deductions on your behalf, so please measure carefully and double-check your dimensions before ordering.
Measuring Your Commercial Insect Panel Curtain
Face Fit
Step 1: Measure the Width
Measure the aperture width, including any bevelled edges, and add a minimum overlap of 25mm on each side.
Width = aperture width + minimum 50mm
Step 2: Measure the Height
Measure the height of the aperture, add 31mm for the rail and then deduct 10mm to provide floor clearance.
Height = aperture height + 21mm
Reveal Fit
Step 1: Measure the Width
Measure the aperture width, including any bevelled edges, and deduct 4mm for clearance.
Width = aperture width – 4mm
Step 2: Measure the Height
Measure the height of the aperture and deduct 10mm for floor clearance.
Height = aperture height – 10mm
Important Rail Information
The stainless steel hooks are positioned at 41mm intervals, which means the rail can only be cut between the hook centres.
If we cannot cut the rail to the exact size ordered, it will be supplied to the next largest complete hook spacing. If required, the rail can then be trimmed further on site using a hacksaw.
