S700 Roller Window Screen
The S700 roller window screen is a slimline, top-mounted retractable flyscreen designed for use at home or in the office. The black insect mesh pulls down using a handle bar and retracts smoothly into the cartridge when not required.
The white powder-coated aluminium cartridge and narrow side tracks provide a discreet finish, while brush pile within the tracks provides additional protection around the mesh.
Why Choose the S700 Roller Window Screen?
The S700 provides a simple way to screen an opening while still allowing easy access to open and close the window.
It can be face fitted to the existing window frame, fitted to the wall outside the reveal, or reveal fitted. If your window opens outwards, the screen is normally fitted internally; if the window opens inwards, it can be fitted externally.
The British Pest Control Association also recommends fitting fly screens to windows as one way of helping prevent flies entering indoors.

Size & Options
The S700 is available as a made-to-measure screen supplied ready for you to fit. A pre-made DIY kit is also available and can be adjusted during installation; the product sheet notes that an experienced skill level is required for the DIY version.

- Maximum size: 1530mm wide × 1500mm high

Measuring for Face Fit
The width of the cartridge is the critical measurement and cannot be altered once the screen has been manufactured.
Measure the aperture width, including any bevelled edges on the window frame, and add 25mm of flat surface on each side for the side tracks.
Width = aperture width + 50mm
For the height, measure the aperture including any bevelled edges. Allow 45mm of flat surface at the top for the cartridge and 10mm at the bottom for the closer bar to seal against.
The side tracks should extend at least 10mm beyond the bottom edge of the aperture to provide a seal. More can be added if space allows.
Height = aperture height + 60mm
If fitting to the wall outside the reveal, we recommend allowing an additional 25mm of flat surface on each side to avoid fixing too close to the edge of the reveal.
Measuring for Reveal Fit
Measure the width in three places — top, middle and bottom — and use the smallest measurement.
Measure the height in three places — left, centre and right — and use the smallest measurement.
For a reveal fit, the final order dimensions are:
Width = smallest aperture width
Height = smallest aperture height
